It’s like taking a helicopter ride over your life so you can easily see how your life is broken down into 10 aspects (Home, Creativity, Health & fitness, Rest & relaxation, Friends & social life, Work, Family, Money, Spirituality and Love & romance). From there it takes a moment to score each aspect and learn which aspects are working and which could do with a helping hand. It’s then up to you to start to enjoy those aspects that are working and, if you want, to improve the aspects that need some love.
